These Terms take effect from 21 January 2026 (the "Effective Date") and replace all previous versions.

Regional compliance note: The Operator is licensed under C.I.L. Master License No. 5536/JAZ in Curaçao and is not licensed or regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. If you are resident in the UK, you must ensure that it is lawful for you to use the Website and you understand that UK-specific regulatory protections (including access to UK-approved ADR and GAMSTOP participation) may not apply.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Website if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the legal age for online gambling in your country of residence. For Users in the UK, this is 18 years of age.
  • Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
  • Jurisdictional restrictions: It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing the Website and placing Bets is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Operator may, at its discretion, restrict or close Accounts for Users located in jurisdictions (including parts of the UK) where offshore-licensed gambling services may not lawfully be offered.
  • Single account rule: You may hold only one Account for the Website. Where duplicate or linked Accounts are identified, the Operator may close them, void Bonuses and associated winnings and retain funds where required to comply with applicable law or anti-fraud policies.

Registration Process

  • Account creation: To become a Player, you must complete the online registration form on pawerpley.com, selecting the regional instance Power Play where applicable. You must provide accurate information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where requested, your mobile number.
  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code. Until verification is completed, your ability to deposit, place Bets or withdraw funds may be limited.
  • Know Your Customer (KYC): In line with anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations, and with best practices for UK Users, you may be required to upload or otherwise provide identity and residency documents (such as a passport or ID card, proof of address and payment method documentation). Additional checks may be conducted for source of funds or source of wealth where reasonably required.
  • Verification timeframes: The Operator aims to review standard KYC documents within a reasonable period (typically within a few working days), but processing times may be longer in busy periods or where documents are unclear. Until verification is complete, withdrawals may be withheld and maximum deposit or betting limits may apply.

User Obligations and Account Security

  • Accuracy of data: You confirm that all information you provide is true, complete and not misleading. You must promptly update your details in your Account profile or contact support if any of your information changes (including address, email or payment details).
  • Password and access: You must keep your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account, whether or not performed by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised.
  • Prohibited usage: You must not allow any third party (including minors) to access your Account. You must not use the Website on behalf of another person or for any commercial, professional or syndicate purposes. The use of bots, scripts, VPNs for location masking, or any form of automated play is prohibited.
  • Account review and closure: The Operator may periodically review Accounts to confirm compliance with these Terms and with KYC/AML requirements. Where information cannot be verified, or where misuse is suspected, Accounts may be suspended or closed and funds handled in accordance with the "Termination & Suspension" and "Payments & Withdrawals" sections.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Participation

  • Real money and bonus play: You may place Bets using your Real Money Balance and, where applicable, Bonus Funds, subject to any Bonus-specific restrictions. The Website will generally use Real Money before Bonus Funds unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum Bet amounts, which are displayed within the game interface or bet slip. You are responsible for ensuring that any Bet you place complies with the applicable limits.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered accepted only once it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting history. If a Bet is not confirmed due to technical or other reasons, it will not be considered valid, even if it appears to have been placed on your device.
  • Game rules precedence: In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the specific Game Rules or on-screen instructions for a particular game, the Game Rules and on-screen instructions for that game will generally prevail for the purpose of determining the outcome of Bets on that game.

Cancellation, Errors and Technical Issues

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been confirmed, you cannot usually cancel or amend it. Certain products may offer a "cash out" or early settlement feature, but use of such features is at the Operator's discretion and subject to the terms displayed in the relevant product.
  • Obvious errors: The Operator reserves the right to void or adjust Bets where they have been accepted at odds, prices, game parameters or outcomes that are clearly incorrect or the result of an obvious error or malfunction (a "Palpable Error"). In such cases, settlement may be recalculated on the correct terms, or the Bet may be voided and the original stake returned.
  • Disconnections and interruptions: If you lose connection during a game, the game's internal rules will determine the outcome. In many games, completed Bets will stand, while unfinished games may be paused and resumed when you reconnect. Where a game cannot be resumed, the Operator will, acting reasonably and in line with the game provider's rules, either complete the game on your behalf or refund the affected Bet.
  • System malfunctions: In the event of a system error or malfunction in the software, hardware, network, RNG or game logic, all affected Bets are void with respect to any incorrectly calculated winnings. Stakes may be returned to the extent that the underlying transaction can be reliably identified, and no further payouts will be due.

Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Community Features

  • Respectful behaviour: You must not use abusive, offensive, obscene, defamatory, discriminatory or threatening language in any live casino environment, chat room, forum or other community feature on the Website. Harassment, hate speech and bullying are strictly prohibited.
  • No solicitation or promotion: You must not advertise or promote other websites, products or services, request transfers from other Players or share personal contact details in chat or other community features.
  • Anti-fraud and collusion: Cheating, collusion with other Players, exploiting vulnerabilities, multi-accounting, match-fixing or using any unfair strategy to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited. The Operator may investigate, suspend or close Accounts where irregular play patterns or collusive behaviour are suspected and may withhold or confiscate funds where permitted by law.
  • Moderation and recording: Live games and chats may be monitored and recorded for security, regulatory and quality-assurance purposes. Inappropriate content may be removed, and access to chat or live games may be restricted or terminated at the Operator's discretion.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Promotional nature: Bonuses and promotions offered via pawerpley.com, including those associated with the Power Play instance, are discretionary benefits. The Operator may introduce, modify or withdraw Bonuses at any time, subject to honouring commitments already accepted by Players.
  • Separate terms: Each Bonus is subject to these Terms and to specific promotional terms described in the relevant offer ("Bonus Terms"). In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms prevail for that promotion. Eligibility may depend on your country of residence, payment method, account status or previous promotional usage.
  • One benefit per person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonuses are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared environment (such as university or workplace networks). Use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus is prohibited.

Bonus Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Activation: Bonuses may require you to opt in, enter a bonus code, click a claim button or meet a minimum deposit threshold. Some Bonuses are granted automatically; others must be manually claimed before placing qualifying Bets.
  • Wagering obligations: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 35x the Bonus amount) before they become part of your Real Money Balance and may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying games are set out in the relevant Bonus Terms.
  • Time limits: Bonuses may expire if wagering requirements are not met within a stated period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from activation, depending on the promotion). After expiry, remaining Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings will be forfeited.
  • Bet caps: Bonus play may be subject to a maximum allowed Bet per spin or game round (for example, a specific monetary amount or a percentage of the Bonus value). Bets placed above the permitted limit may be excluded from wagering and any winnings may be voided.

Restricted Games and Prohibited Actions

  • Game restrictions: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from fulfilling wagering requirements or may contribute at a reduced percentage (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, while table games or live casino may contribute a lower percentage). The contribution table is provided in the relevant Bonus Terms.
  • Prohibited strategies: Using Bonus Funds in low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns (such as betting both red and black in roulette, or placing offsetting bets on the same event), or deliberately delaying game rounds, is prohibited and may lead to Bonus cancellation and confiscation of associated winnings.
  • Abuse and irregular play: The Operator reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonuses and associated winnings in cases of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multiple account registrations, fraudulent activity, collusion, or where playing patterns indicate exploitation of a promotion contrary to its spirit.

Combining Promotions

  • Single active Bonus: Unless explicitly allowed, only one active wagering Bonus may be in effect on your Account at any given time. If multiple Bonuses are available, the order of use will be determined by the Website interface or by your selection where provided.
  • No stacking by default: Free spins, cashback and reload offers may be subject to specific sequencing rules; in general, they cannot be combined with other deposit Bonuses on the same deposit unless the Bonus Terms clearly state otherwise.
  • Regional note for UK Users: For Players using the Power Play instance, promotional communications aim to be clear and not misleading, and key conditions (including wagering requirements, time limits and maximum win caps, if any) will be highlighted in a concise form at the point of offer, in line with UK advertising and consumer protection standards.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Available methods: The Operator may offer a range of Payment Methods, including debit cards, selected e-wallets, bank transfers and, where permitted by law and by the Operator's policies, supported cryptocurrencies. The specific methods available to you, including for UK Users, are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
  • Credit cards and UK restrictions: For Players resident in the United Kingdom, credit card deposits may be restricted or prohibited in order to comply with applicable UK law, card scheme rules and responsible gambling standards. Where such restrictions apply, you must not attempt to circumvent them.
  • Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. The Operator may impose additional limits at its discretion for security, KYC/AML, responsible gambling or risk-management reasons.
  • Funding and fees: Deposits should be made only from payment instruments held in your own name. The Operator does not, as a rule, charge deposit fees, but your bank, e-wallet provider or cryptocurrency exchange may impose charges, currency conversion fees or other costs, for which you are solely responsible.

Withdrawals

  • General principles: Withdrawals, where permitted, are normally processed back to the same Payment Method used for deposit, where this is technically feasible and legally permissible. The Operator may, at its discretion, require withdrawals to be processed via specific methods to comply with AML rules or to mitigate fraud.
  • Verification prior to payout: Before processing any withdrawal, especially for Players accessing Power Play, the Operator may require up-to-date KYC documentation, including proof of identity, address and payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may lead to delays, cancellation of withdrawals or closure of the Account.
  • Processing times: The Operator aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 24 - 72 hours on business days), but this timeframe is not guaranteed. Additional time may be required for your payment provider to complete the transfer. Public holidays and weekends may extend overall processing times into 2025 and beyond for pending withdrawals initiated before year-end periods.
  • Limits and fees: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. The Operator may charge reasonable fees for processing withdrawals, especially for small or frequent withdrawals, international bank transfers or specific currencies. Any such fees will be disclosed in the cashier or during the withdrawal process.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Negative Balances

  • Refund policy: Bets that have been validly placed and settled are generally non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as confirmed technical malfunctions or palpable errors, the Operator may, acting reasonably, refund stakes or adjust settlements in accordance with the section "Betting & Gameplay Rules".
  • Chargebacks: If you dispute a transaction or initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, confiscate winnings, and recover any costs incurred. You agree to reimburse the Operator for all reasonable expenses arising from any chargeback or payment dispute initiated by you without valid cause.
  • Negative balances: Where, due to an error, chargeback or adjustment, your Account shows a negative balance, you must promptly deposit sufficient funds to restore the balance to at least zero. The Operator may offset amounts owed against any future deposits or winnings.

Protection of Player Funds

  • Segregation of funds: The Operator seeks to keep Player funds relating to the Power Play instance separate from its operational accounts to the extent practicable. However, funds may not benefit from the same level of protection that would apply under a UK Gambling Commission regime, and in the event of insolvency, your funds may be at risk.
  • No UK compensation scheme: Deposits made to the Website are not protected by any UK financial services compensation scheme. By using the Website, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that all games offered via pawerpley.com are operated fairly, that random-number-generated games use certified RNGs, and that Game Rules are clearly displayed. Where games are supplied by third-party providers, the Operator relies on their certifications and testing.
  • Accuracy of information: The Operator endeavours to ensure that information on the Website, including odds, results, promotions and account balances, is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur and do not give rise to any automatic entitlement to compensation beyond correction of the error.
  • Service availability: The Operator seeks to keep the Website available on a continuous basis but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, regulatory changes or unexpected technical issues may limit access to some or all services.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Technical failures and external networks: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failures of telecommunications, internet connectivity, power supply, hardware or software (including your own devices), or from distributed denial-of-service attacks, unless caused directly by the Operator's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Indirect and consequential losses: The Operator is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or loss of opportunity, even if such losses were reasonably foreseeable.
  • Maximum liability: Subject to mandatory legal rights you may have as a UK consumer, and except in cases of death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence or fraud, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any Bet, game or service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the claim, or (b) the amount actually credited to, or debited from, your Account in relation to the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Content and Independent Reviews

  • External websites: The Website may contain links to third-party resources, including independent review sites such as LCB.org, AskGamblers, CasinoGuru, Trustpilot or community forums (including Reddit). These sites are not controlled by the Operator, and their content does not form part of these Terms.
  • No endorsement: References to such third-party sites or to community feedback about the Power Play instance of pawerpley.com are for information only and do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship or any contractual representation by the Operator. You access such sites at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Content and Software

  • Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in and to the Website, including the "Power Play" brand as used on pawerpley.com, logos, trademarks, domain names, game titles, graphics, sound, animations, software, databases, text and other content, are owned by the Operator or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

  • No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Website or its content without the prior written consent of the Operator or the relevant rights holder.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or attempt to discover the source code of any software used in connection with the Website, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Infringement consequences: Any unauthorised use of the Website or its content may result in civil or criminal liability and may lead to immediate suspension or closure of your Account.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Privacy Policy: Your personal data is collected and processed by the Operator in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on pawerpley.com. That Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and explains, among other things, what data is collected, how it is used, and with whom it may be shared.
  • Data protection laws: Where applicable, the Operator will process your personal data in line with relevant data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and associated legislation, to the extent that such laws apply to the services provided to you via the Power Play instance.
  • KYC and AML: In order to comply with KYC and anti-money laundering obligations, the Operator may retain copies of identification and transactional data for legally mandated periods, which may extend into and beyond 2025 and subsequent years, even after closure of your Account.

Changes to Terms

Updating These Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical developments, product offerings or business practices relating to the Power Play instance of pawerpley.com.
  • Notification methods: Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by one or more of the following: (a) an email sent to the address registered to your Account; (b) a message or notification when you log in; or (c) a prominent banner or notice on the Website.
  • Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, changes will take effect on the date indicated in the notice. Continued use of the Website after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your Options in Case of Disagreement

  • Review responsibility: It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly and to familiarise yourself with any updates, including those made following regulatory or market developments after Jan 2025.
  • Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account. In such a case, your remaining Real Money Balance (if any) will be returned to you, subject to satisfaction of KYC/AML requirements and the provisions of the "Payments & Withdrawals" section.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by You

  • Closing your Account: You may close your Account at any time by following the instructions in your Account settings or by contacting customer support via the channels indicated on pawerpley.com. The Operator may require you to confirm your identity and intention before closure.
  • Withdrawal of funds: On closure requested by you, and subject to verification checks and these Terms, any remaining Real Money Balance will be paid out to you via an appropriate Payment Method. Any active Bonuses and associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

Suspension and Closure by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension: The Operator may suspend or restrict your Account where it reasonably suspects (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) under-age gambling; (c) fraud, collusion or cheating; (d) money laundering or terrorist financing; (e) self-exclusion or responsible gambling concerns; or (f) misuse of payment methods or chargebacks.
  • Investigation process: During suspension, you may be prevented from depositing, withdrawing or placing Bets. The Operator will conduct its investigation as promptly as reasonably possible, which may, in complex cases, extend across reporting periods into 2025/2026. You may be asked to provide additional documentation or explanations.
  • Closure and treatment of funds: After investigation, the Operator may (a) lift the suspension; (b) close your Account and return remaining funds; or (c) in cases of serious breach, retain some or all funds where permitted by law and regulatory obligations. Any decision to confiscate funds will be proportionate and based on documented findings.

Notification and Record Keeping

  • Notice to you: Where legally permitted, the Operator will notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure using the contact details registered to your Account. In some circumstances, legal or regulatory requirements may prevent disclosure of specific details.
  • Retention of records: The Operator may retain records relating to your Account, transactions and communications for the periods required by law and regulators, which may extend beyond the date of Account closure and into subsequent years.

Applicable Law

  • Primary governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website and any disputes arising from or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict of law principles, given that the Operator is licensed under C.I.L. Master License No. 5536/JAZ.
  • Mandatory consumer protections: If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom and you access the Power Play instance of pawerpley.com, you may benefit from certain mandatory consumer protection provisions of UK law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of such non-waivable rights.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaint procedure: If you have a complaint relating to the Website, you should first contact customer support and provide full details of the issue. The Operator will acknowledge your complaint and endeavour to resolve it in a fair and timely manner, typically within a reasonable period depending on complexity.
  • Escalation under CIL Licence: If, after exhausting the Operator's internal complaints process, your dispute remains unresolved, you may escalate it by contacting the Master Licence holder referenced in the CIL Licence. According to the information available as of Jan 2025, the complaint contact email is info@curacaolicensing.com. You acknowledge that this channel is operated independently of the Operator and that reported success rates may be limited.
  • Court proceedings: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a UK consumer, any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process or CIL escalation may be brought before the competent courts of Curaçao. As a UK consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
